Welcome to Rooted In Divinity LLC, where we specialize in holding your crown high! Our hope is to help you maintain healthy hair, promote growth, and ultimately be a blessing. Thank you for choosing us as your hair care providers! POLICIES & REMINDERS A 40% deposit is required via booking site, CashApp ~ $rootedndivinity, or ApplePay (314-315-6578). If you use the last two options, please name and date your appointment. Deposits are refundable ONLY if we are at fault. Natural braiding hair colors are included in all services. Colored hair is additional. Please make sure you take a look at the EXTRAS before you book your appointment. It allots for accurate scheduling. Arriving late cuts into the allotted time towards your appointment and will result in a $20 late fee. If you are later than 20 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. The same day/squeeze in appointments are an additional $100. Appointments are to be booked at least 48 hours before. Please arrive with detangled hair. No call no show results in a ban from booking unless you pay an additional $40 + deposit when you reschedule We do travel for a fee based on distance! Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service’s scheduled.
